Great! Fit a 4" RV bumper just fine. All parts there and quality product.
Surprised my local big-box hardware store doesn't sell these! These are great! all parts are included and good quality. Fit like it should around that 4" bumper. This is for a little box on my popup camper bumper for some black-water fittings. Could have been prettier, but used what I had floating around the garage ;).

Good parts, but not stainless steel
Decent parts. Good my standard 4" trailer bumper - I will be using it for a mount. These are typical steel, with a "weatherguard" zink plating to help them resist rust. They definitely ARE NOT stainless steel (even though the description incorrectly says they are. Amazon really ought to correct the listing).

Used for an outdoor shower to hold 4x4 in place.

would have been fine
This would have been fine for my situation where I wanted to unbolt the 4" bumper on my RV and then attach with these bolts. Reason being that the bolts in the RV bumper prohibited my sewer hose from going in. The bolts would have been perfect for this situation except the frame flange on the hitch had a 2 inch lip on it, so as a result could not use. Still looking for something else if anyone can help.
