Q: Can these be used to hold multiple pieces of art paper?

I use these for holding sewing patterns that are usually 4-6 sheets of copy paper. And the top grommet allows hanging them up which I love! One pattern was on 3 sheets of card stock and it fit nicely but I doubt it would hold much more than that. These pockets are very flat so heavy paper would quickly take up the available space. Hope this helps.

Q: Can this be easily hole punched? I need two holes in it to hang in a pronged file folder.

Sure you can punch holes. I didn’t like it because it was so hard to slide papers in and out. I never used it and it was too late for me to return. The cheapest thing you can use is the document protector which has holes in them already.

Q: Do these have bad glare?

I don’t find they do, but might depend on your lighting.
