Doubled my closet space in no time
This is the 4th one I have bought and assembled. It's super durable! The instructions are really straight forward. Measuring out where to put the top on the ceiling and bottom to the floor takes far more time. The coat rack from them is great too.

The Best Closet Organizer for and RV!
I bought to put into an RV as the rod it came with is cheap plastic and broke first trip out. This closet organizer is fantastic! Easy to install and versatile fit makes it compatible with a lot of closets. I happen to have a fairly large closet in my RV so can use both rods easily. Best part, it doesn't move or collapse during travel. My clothes do not fall off of it during travel. Highly recommend replacing your cheap curtain rod with this in your RV's.

Closet clothes hanger
I would to share what I thought of to create extra support to the middle where it starts to bow if you add more clothing and have a wide closet. I simply bought an adjustable shower curtain rod and used it as a support in the middle. Works great.

Works as described
This product was purchased and lasted for many years before one day one of the brackets holding up the top bar broke. I had clothes and hangars scattered everywhere. The bottom bar and the bars connected from the floor to the ceiling all remained in place. I did not have a bracket replacement available and needed assistance from the company. I reached out via email and the process was fairly simple to reach someone. I had a replacement bracket mailed out and for whatever reason it never made it and returned back to the company. I had to reach out to them again via email and a second attempt was initiated. The part arrived successfully and I was able to start using the top bar again for hanging clothes. The brackets are plastic and that’s something to keep in mind to have on hand just in case. It would save a lot of time to have 1-2 on hand if needed.

Surprisingly sturdy
USE: We needed a solution for a small, oddly shaped walk-in closet an with 8' ceiling in our master bedroom, but we don't own the property so options were limited. I researched a lot of free-standing options with anti-tip brackets that were much more expensive, but on one wall with no studs there were no options that would meet our needs. Then I found this. It allowed us to take full advantage of the height of the closet, and maximized what could be hung on a 40" wall with no studs. All of my husband's clothes can fit double-hung in this space now! It worked so well, I scrapped my much more expensive plans for my side of the closet and got another of these. I'm able to space the two hanging bars out so far that my dresses will fit on either top or bottom without need for long-hang (though I admit, I'm not tall and maxi-dresses are not my thing). We have had our units for two months, and are so pleased with them that I'm ordering another for my daughter.Installation: it was easy and instructions were clear with helpful tips--but it does help if you have someone on the tall and strong side to help set the vertical poles, as they are essentially tension rods. A tape measure to check that poles are the same distance from the wall and from each other, top and bottom, and a small level did the trick to make sure they went together as well as possible.Sturdiness: My husband was ready to be critical and send it back, but even he had to admit that this is quite a sturdy unit. By this I do NOT mean that there is no movement in it. The unit will move back and forth if you shake it, but the top and bottom of the vertical poles remain secure to the floor and ceiling. And honestly, though I shook it plenty to test it out, I have not noticed any movement or shaking in the unit during normal use over the two months that we have had it.Note: Because this is basically a vertical tension rod system, it needs a solid surface beneath the vertical rods, and a solid ceiling up top.

Genuinely the Best Purchase I’ve Ever Made
This was a breeze to put together. Nothing tricky about the instructions, and it was all straight forward. This completely changed my entire wardrobe. I’ve used it on low pile carpet and popcorn ceilings and thus far I’ve had no issues. I felt so inspired getting dressed this morning, because I could see everything easily, and it just felt so organized. I’m looking forward to finding a new storage solution for my shoes, so I can add more pants/skirts/dresses to my collection on the bottom row.Honestly the best $70 I’ve ever spent.
