What exactly do I need to use it with my Campy 10 set up?

If I’m not mistaken you will need a Campy freehub. The NEO 2T comes with a Shimano/SRAM compatible one. Also, a cassette that matches what you are using now on your bike unless you’re planning to use the same cassette on both your bike and the NEO. I want to connect this to zwift app on the appletv. has anyone been able to successfully stay connected and resolved the connectivity dropout problem

Not sure how heavy you mean but I would think that it can handle up to 275 lbs. I recommend that you Google your question and preferably call Tacx to confirm.
