Seems to work for me. In my early 70s finding more problems with "fuzzy" brain and "senior" moments. Don't know how much of the improvement I am seeing is due to this supplement versus a placebo effect, but I definitely feel improvement in memory and brain fog.

I definitely felt more alert and clear when taking this supplement, unfortunately it caused me a bit of insomnia while I was taking it.

Wow, finally something that works! I'm 60+ and have noticed a improvement in 3 area's. (1) no more "scatter brain". My ability to concentrate has improved. For instance, Completing task without distraction. (2) my self confidence has improved in public places because I remember to smile a little more often. And (Three) my memory has greatly improved. I ordered this for my sister, who was having terrible memory and verbal problems. It turned out she was in early stage of dementia and the pills were of no help. They might help people with normal memory issues.

I buy this for my grandma who's 84 at the moment, and has been having some trouble with memory.
