Small, and not obvious in pants. Narrow enough to place in different areas, to avoid any damage. Warning, don't leave in one place more than 3 minutes; I can tell you that it can get uncomfortable after 2 when moving around, but that's kind of expected.

Dad is 93 really needs this so when I received it box was already broken and the clamp doesn't work however Amazon was nasty about it and said no refunds on it when clearly it states that there is.Shame on you

It is only 1” in length, not suitable for an adult. Though it is still in original packaging my attempt to return is denied. This was nearly $50.00 so lack order return or exchange is terrible.
