Ordered these lights for a halloween costume. The rope is sturdy and felt safe using it outside. The color options were great and easy to change them. The sticky side didn't stick to the plastic material as well as I'd hoped, but partly bc it was a circle and moving, so I added zip ties and it worked great. I also trimmed the end without issue and lights worked perfect. Great value for the quality of this strip light.

I didn't have a ton of expectations going in to buying these lights. However, I had a couple things that I wanted the lights to accomplish: 1) I wanted lights to lighten our stairway at night without having the main lights on. 2) I needed something that didn't have to plug in because there wasn't a handy plug near the stairs. 3) I wanted to be able to adjust brightness so we could have it dim during sleep hours if we needed to get up for the bathroom or something, but brighter during the evening when we were still awake for aesthetics. The bonus really was the remote control and the other settings. The lights were SUPER easy to install and even come with little things to hold the lights in place if you have (I imagine) stucco walls where the adhesive may have a harder time gripping to (I guess this because stucco never lets me stick anything to those walls - could be wrong and this adhesives great to those walls). Regardless, in case the adhesive isn't enough for your walls, you have added flexible grip things to keep the lights in place. We haven't added them yet and the lights are staying up great all on adhesive alone. The installation of the lights was crazy easy. I just gradually pulled off the adhesive protection as I rolled the lights on the wall. Maybe took me 2 minutes in total. Depending on how often you use the lights, you may go through batteries decently quick. We leave our lights on for probably 8-12 hours every day. We also use rechargeable batteries with these lights as we are regular users of them. In the just over a month that we've had them, with regular use, we've switched out the batteries once. Not too much more to say, these work great for lighting and they look really nice. They would work great as under lighting for cabinets, but these aren't like fairy lights for decoration. They are nice, but I wouldn't say they are for centerpiece decoration or festivities, more background.

3 Stars is too harsh, but 4 is too high. That work as they should. The adhesive is not very strong, and they are not very bright at all. If you still buy them, I would clean the area you wish to apply them to with alcohol. Again, they work, just not very bright

I opened up my package after my return window expired. Only to find out that this might have been returned and recirculated. I'm missing the remote control and one of the plastic battery clips is broken in half. I need this for a Christmas gift that I am making. I opened it late because I was finishing my degree and I just now have the time to make this present. I'm very disappointed.

Great for parties and closets. It saved me a lot of expensive wiring. Easy to install, and use. Very sticky and looks great.

This light flickered on and off. There was obviously a connection problem. The battery pack completely fell off. I was unable to complete my project, I had to order one more. Hopefully it will work. I will not buy again.

Self sticking light strip works perfectly! I put it inside my pantry to provide more light to the darker recesses and corners. With the remote I can easily turn the lights on when I need them. Perfect for what I needed and exactly how I wanted to spruce up my space.

These worked even better than I hoped. They’re bright, lightweight, and so easy to put up since they’re battery-powered—no cords, no outlets, no hassle. The remote makes it simple to adjust the brightness, and the timer setting is super convenient. Perfect for kids’ rooms, shelves, or to wear for Halloween when your son wants to be the moon lol. These look fantastic and are a great length!

Very useful for the bathroom: waterproof and battery energy source (as u don't have any electrical sockets in my bath).

Doesn’t work fully stops halfway due to current being cut not a battery issue

These are beautiful lights they add subtle illumination to spaces when placed properly. They are not super bright, but I don’t think their primary purpose is a light source more so of a “highlight”. I put mine under the bar lip For me they were super easy to apply and the effect is there.

Verry weak lighting...Lights colour are incorrectly mapped to the remote.
