It's difficult sometimes to actually feel a difference from various supplements, but my A1C is lower now. It requires faith and or monitoring of the product, that it works for you in what your wanting to achieve. In my case I take Metformin, and because it like other prescription drugs are or can be damaging to your body, I seek alternatives. Diabetes is a breakdown of your immune system and for me I intend to attack it with that in mind. The best way to attack any problem first, is the natural way not synthetic drugs. I'm surprised to say that this stuff seems to work for me. I take one pill with breakfast and it seems to curb my sugar cravings for the rest of the day. I've even lost a few pounds, and bet my borderline A1C has improved. Just take the pill. Don't try to sprinkle the stuff in the capsule. It's bitter.
