When you've bought this, you've got a start but prepare for more expense to make it useable.First impressions were not great. The "guy ropes" turned out to be four lengths of cord barely long enough to reach the ground and without slide adjusters. Only three of the four pegs were present but they were laughably small and would have been of little use. There was a small tear in one side wall and a small spot near the apex where the cloth was whole but the waterproofing was holed. However, you can't expect too much at this price.The four walls are Velcro'ed to the edge of the canopy and to each other, but there is no means of fixing the walls to the legs and there are no loops or eyelets to peg the walls to the ground. The structure is only stable, therefore, with all four walls on and the doors zipped up. If you want to use it with fewer walls, or want to have the door open, then more work/equipment is needed.Basically, I had to go out and buy some guy ropes and pegs even to put it up for the first time. I'm going to have to get some spring clips, or modify the side wall with extra tapes to make it more practical to use.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this in February of this year and it’s been used fairly solidly. Unfortunately, the whole canopy collapsed the other day and on close inspection, the material seems to have disintegrated entirely. See the video I’ve uploaded. The frame is one of the more solid frames for a pop-up gazebo, but unfortunately completely let down by coverings which essentially turn to paper after eight months.

The first canopy we ordered had a massive cut in the box and looked like it had gone a few rounds with Mike Tyson, looked like it had damaged the item so we got a replacement. After receiving the new item it was great for our summer in lockdown. Bit of a pain to have to keep things it down putting it up but trying to find a way around that. The colour is more of a gold/latte than a cream. The storage bag has split after taking it in and out of storage as requested on the advertisement (don't leave out over night). There must be a way to keep it out most of the year because it's very bulky to store.

Lovely when up but one of the corner eyelets was missing from the top canopy and the storage bag torn near handle when put gazebo away. Contacted the manufacturer who said it was Amazon who needed to sort and Amazon say it's the manufacturer ! As long as no wind then should be OK but a replacement canopy from the manufacturer would had resolved the problem immediately hence only 1 star for value for money. Would recommend a different manufacturer if you want value for money.

We had this up over our hot tub was good when up .but didn’t like it was just Velcro holding the sides up .the fabric was staring to feel brittle .and after some strong winds it was still up but then a small gust and the side legs bent so I have had to throw it away after 2 months use

For the price I thought this was pretty sturdy and in my opinion easy to assemble. However when it arrived it was blue not cream. This is not the end of the world for me as it’s just to make sure I have a bit of cover on my daughters birthday while I would prefer to not have others in my house if there a shower. However it is not hugely aesthetically pleasing!!! Some of the reviews for this gazebo are terrible and in terms of quality for the price I would be giving this 5 stars - it’s just a bit of an eyesore!
