Round Cake Ring Set

I bought these so I can easily make various sized ice cream cakes, hoping they were a good quality ring. So far, I’ve only used the 10” one, but I am VERY pleased with the ring! In case you’re wondering (like I did,) how much ice cream was needed for the 10” round, it took 4 whole quarts, but they filled it perfectly, since I put cookie crumble and fudge in it. If you’re not putting a filler in the middle, you may need a little more ice cream. Looking forward to using the other three rings.

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase! Baked a dacquoise at 350deg F and chilled a crémeux in the freezer. I couldn’t be happier with how this product is performing. The rings are sturdy and easy to clean. Obviously it’s a piece of metal, so obviously if you’re rough with it, it may bend out of shape. But for all regular baking needs, and if you treat your baking tools well, I think this is an incredible find. The seam is very small, so won’t cause much if any distortion of your pastry. I also washed the ring after it was cooled out of the oven, to avoid warping, so cleaning it was a breeze.

I used these to cut down sheet cakes to make cake circles for a wedding cake. They made good clean cuts and were easy to release. Easy clean up too.

The cake rings are bent out of shape, due to the material being very flimsy.

My sister and I just got into the the whole cake baking. I seen Instagram reels where bakers use them and I thought I'd try them out. They are so easy to use them and I love them ❤️
