The quality is great! 5 stars for everything. Sound quality is very good and clear. Product is easy to use and it only takes 2 hours to charge. Charge last long and the ear piece fits comfortably in my ears.

This is the best little Bluetooth on the market as far as I'm concerned! It is small and lightweight, but it has incredible sound for both calls and audio media. You can change it to fit on either ear and it comes with different sized earpieces because we all don't have the same size ear. It holds a charge for an entire day, is compatible with so many things and at a price under $20, what's not to love?!

I have owned at least 15 different bluetooth wireless earpieces, so I'm always looking for the one that best suits my needs. The Kendir has some very solid features, but it also has some serious issues that I may ultimately determine are deal-breakers. If you don't extensively use dictation for text messages or email, you may find that the positives outweigh the negatives. Here's my appraisal after having owned the Kendir for about 6 weeks. Things I like: 1. Very small and unobtrusive. 2. Easy to wear - I don't even notice that I have it attached to my ear. 3. Sound is very loud. This is very important to me. I wish my other wireless earbuds were as loud. 4. Battery life is as advertised. The Kendir lasts for quite a few hours before the "battery low" is heard. I only have to charge it every two or three days depending upon usage. Things I'm not as pleased with: 1. Serious dictation issues: When dictating on my iPhone 8 (iOS 13.3.1), I am not able to dictate much more than a sentence. Once I end a sentence with a period, though the audio dialogue box remain open and the sound waves continue to be expressed in the dialogue box, it stops dictating. I have done this countless times so I'm now certain this is a design flaw. (At first I thought it was an iPhone software issue but ALL of my other bluetooth devices work dictate as expected.) If I choose not to use any punctuation at the sentence's end, I am able to dictate longer content. As I mentioned, I have numerous other wireless bluetooth devices that allow for much longer dictation. In those devices, though there is a limit to the length of the content you can dictate (controlled by the the iPhone's iOS), when the dictation mode stops, the dialogue box also closes. In the Kendir device I have to manually tap to close the dialogue box once it stops dictating into text, and then have to open it again multiple times if a text message is longer than a sentence or two. This is terribly annoying. I end up completely turning off my Kendir if I want to dictate because it's not worth the hassle. Since I use the dictation feature a great deal, this issue may override all of the positives. 2. Loss of Bluetooth connectivity: With my iPhone in my hand or in my pocket, I often get verbal notifications that the Kendir has "disconnected" and then almost immediately it will say "connected". This just happened as I was typing this review. Why it loses sync when the iPhone is so close is a mystery. Sometimes this will happen 5 or 6 times in the course of a few minutes and then it might be quite a few hours until this happens again. I really want to like this Kendir since the the positives are so strong, but ultimately I may discontinue usage if dictation doesn't improve and if it doesn't stop constantly losing sync with my iPhone. Great potential, especially for such an incredibly low price-tag, but I'm still hoping my experience improves. If anyone has experience with the dictation issues, please let me know. Especially if there's a solution. Thanks! Addendum after a few months of usage [5-12-2020]: The dictation issue has made this headset almost unusable. I can only dictate a sentence at the time. Once I pause for a second or two or I end a sentence with a period, though I resume talking (the iPhone screen wave representation appears to be tracking my voice) it does not dictate anything. And that happens even when I am in the car using the car stereo system (when the Kendir is still on). Initially, I thought perhaps it may have been an iOS issue but after a few more iterations of the iOS (currently 13.4.1), there has been no change. This is the ONLY Bluetooth device I own (and I have 8-10 others) that has dictation issues. Also, too often I get a disconnected and reconnected voice message when I am well within range (a foot or two) of my iPhone. Sometimes I will get this message 3 or 4 times within a span of a couple of minutes. This is incredibly annoying. I still don't understand why more people aren't experiencing these issues and why the ratings remain high. I am going to downgrade to 3 stars. The only reason for not lowering it to 2 stars is because of the obvious positive attributes I noted in my first review. So,

The sound quality for phone calls and media related videos, games, movies and etc. is very clear for hearing/being heard, which is an absolute necessity during times where discretion and noise consideration are required. The bluetooth fits comfortably out of the box (additional ear cushions provided ensure comfort for different ear shapes and conditions) and does not seem to create itching or discomfort in the ears after prolonged use. The battery seems to recharge quickly as well. This seems to be a VERY worthwhile investment as a primary or replacement bluetooth headset. Overall, there is the absence of any concerns or issues so far.

I hardly ever take the time to write a review but with this product I really must. I am an advisor audiobook listener besides the fact I hate having to hold my phone. I prefer to keep it safe in my purse or in the house and use my blue tooth 24/7. Feet can say that since I also wear it to bed to fall asleep to an audiobook. I find it safely on my pillow each morning. I have purchased BT as much as $200 and various other inexpensive ones since I like to always have a few charging. I also keep one in my purse, car and 4 different charging stations in my home and garage. These are the reasons I LOVE this BT. 1. Small and inconspicuous 2. It can be switched to either ear simply by turning the earpiece, doesn’t have to be removed to do so. 3. The sound is clear and loud. I am a dog groomer and it is the only BT I have out of my 15 or so others that I can listed to a book, music answer phone etc. with the extremely loud buzzers, shop vac and EVEN my deafening high velocity dryer. That’s how good it cancels outside noise. 3. The battery life is AMAZING but once she tells you it’s “low battery” listen and run because she turns off rather quickly. It’s a pain but I like it better than others that interrupt warning of a low battery for 1/2 hour or more. So annoying. 4. Is the most amazing part. Since I wear BT all day many have gone to the BT graveyard from getting splashed with water. Me sleeping on it the wrong way. From dropping it, steam in the bathroom etc. Endless reasons that should not have “killed a BT” See the picture of the broken gray one. I dropped that outside on a wet rainy day. It was stepped and smashed on as you can see. I found It 2 days later in my daughters gravel wet driveway. It looks just like this. For kicks I plugged it in and un fringing believable IT WORKS! It charged and sound emits. I am working on getting it back together to use around the house or bed. 5. Even though I have so many of the same one whenever I put it ear and turn it on they alway 💯 of the time connect. My other more expensive brands that I have the same model get confused and I have to many times go to my settings to manually disconnect or forget the other device. 6. It comes in a mat gray and black had a gold center turn on button. Both are so classy and small I can wear them in any occasion unnoticed. I have never contacted the seller to rave about this product yet but may try to make them aware of how overly satisfied I am with this amazing product. I want to buy quite a few more only because I am always concerned a product may not always be available. This is why I don’t write reviews although there is no other product I have even been so thrilled about except maybe my Roborock vacuum who is my best friend. Lol No one asked or even knows about my review. I hope it helps a lot of you die hard BT users.

I love my Kendir-K1 headset ! I chose it for the compact size. What makes this item great is that ,the sound is very clear, it is compatible with your PC and devices or Mac. It also has Siri voice assistance. It was easy to pair to my devices. It comes with two 180 -degree flip arms and a package different size ear buds ! Charges quickly ( the battery life is great too ) and features volume control, and the price was great! I love it ! I would have given it a five star rating, but the sound range isn't as strong as I would have loved. I chose the color black as being a fashion girly, black matches everything, but it comes in three color choices.
