I expected when I looked at the lattice bag it was in that it might have lost flavor or be too dried out, but I was totally wrong. Good strong flavor, without too much bitterness. Tasted fantastic in my special 'Mexican' style spaghetti sauce. I'd give you the recipe, but this is a review...;)

I love garlic but this is a hot mess, stinks and not in a good garlic way. I think it was old. Tossed in trash.

This is convenient for folks who desire the glories of garlic without the funk and the hassle of peeling your own.

I was used to buying garlic from other competitor (costco Christopher ranch) This garlic is fresh firm bright not yellowed and very flavorful. I recommend it!

This is great garlic, however make sure you have something airtight to store it in. The smell is strong.

Came with mold on it. Peeling the mold off..
