I have used this product for a few years. It works to drink before I ride my bike and drink it while I ride. Does taste a little sweet, so you may need to tweak it to your preferred taste

BCAA’s are the best way to build muscle during and after a workout. This brand has good flavors and mixes well with electrolytes and other additives and hides their off taste. Highly recommended

My workouts were killing me two or three days after so I bought this stuff and I feel great the morning after the same workout. The stuff straight up works and the taste is fine.

It does not taste the same as before. Appears the product has fallen victim to cost cutting. The Blue Raspberry flavor tastes diluted. Disappointed.
