Be aware that this product has titanium dioxide to make it white.

Meets my needs
Spring Valley Calcium plus Vitamin D works fine for me. I take one tablet with breakfast and one table in the evening with dinner. I have been taking the Spring Valley brand of Calcium for several years and it seems to meet my needs. Thankfully, I can order them via Amazon Prime!

Very good value and quality.

Very hard to swallow
I agree with the other reviewer. These pills are very hard to swallow. I have never had any problems swallowing any size pill and often take multiple vitamins/meds at the same time. For some reason, this one does kind of lay on the back of the throat. For that reason alone, I'll be trying another brand.
