These work GREAT when you have a cough. No fuss, no muss just pop them in your mouth and enjoy your rest. I take them at bedtime when I have a bad cough and they work all night. During the day, I may take one if needed S of E D & S

1. these things WORK, and WORK WELL! 2. I prefer the "Name Brand" (that's been around for DECADES) over "generics", especially when "generics" have (IMO) "iffy" reviews. Most Of The Time the "higher price" of "Name Brand" is JUSTIFIED! 3. In my experience, "cheaper" (i.e., lower cost) is not always "better" (or "as good as") when it comes to "generics". IOW, "Buyer Beware!" Why only "4 stars"? QUANTITY OF PRODUCT in the container!. I mean really, only TWENTY (20) gels in a bottle than can easily hold SIXTY (or more?)??? Otherwise, I recommend this product if you are "stuck in a coughin'" and you need relief...

Very effective when I have nighttime throat tickles following a cold. I like that it’s just a cough suppressant, which is what I usually need.

These work well. I will keep buying this brand going forward. The price was good too.

Great for a cough that just won’t go away. I like the gels because I don’t have to deal with the bad taste of the liquid medicine. Worked great!
