Carve Designs Women's Seaside Skirt

Bought this because I wanted a modest skirt to wear while exercising. This is the perfect skirt in all way: accurate size, stretchy material, can roll adjust length, and washes well. I have 2!

Am 5 ft. 3" with slim hips, skirt is loose in hip and butt. A little long, but comfortable. Should have ordered a small.

It hits me a little shorter than the photo shows even though i am only 5 ft 5 in but it is still a super cute skirt and perfect for the pool, beach or walking around in.

I'm so happy someone has finally come out with a modest swim skirt. I mean no offense to anyone who wears the skimpy outfits, but that's just not for me...feels very unbecoming. I have a few other swim skirts - but they're all a good bit shorter than this. This is just the right length - it's basically the longest a swim skirt could be while still being functional...any longer & it would be awkward & uncomfortable to actually swim in. I've been a swimmer all my life, I grew up swimming competitively (which is probably the most skin I've ever shown) - and I'm able to move in the water just fine with this. Not something I'd wear to do laps - but just just taking my son to the pool or something - this is great.It does run a bit large - I'm normally a size large in skirts (or swim skirts) - the medium fits me perfectly. I also have another skirt by this brand (a real regular skirt - their 'beach' skirt) - and that's a size large...so I was surprised the medium fit so well. Also, you'll want a regular bikini bottom (or you'll want to wear underwear)...since this is basically the same thing as a regular skirt, but made of swimsuit material...meaning if you're in the water & this is floating up (like all skirts will do at some point)...well - it'll defeat the purpose of the modesty :)If you're someone who doesn't mind the skimpy bikini look this is also something that would work great as a cover up or something. I read reviews elsewhere about wearing it even as a regular skirt (with leggings...since otherwise it'll cling to you)...not sure if that's something other people might find fashionable (seems a bit strange to me) - but just thought I'd throw it out there.I got this in the Navy & the Purple - the Purple is much prettier....the navy is almost the shade of navy that's just kinda annoying...but not quite. But I kept both despite this - I swim enough to use them both. They make a matching top (both tankini & bikini) - but I have some nike tankini's that match these great. There are actually quite a few designs from Nike that work well with these (at least right now).

I bought this skirt so that I would have something modest but comfortable to wear to the beach and to swim in during the summer. I went a size larger than what I normally wear because I didn't want it to fit tight or snug. The sizing was perfect. I love everything about this skirt except for how clingy it is when it gets wet, which is to be expected, I'm just not used to that. I am going to get something to wear underneath then I think it will be perfect. I love how fast it dries when I get out of the water as well. Overall, a great product!!!

I love this design and got all the coordinating pieces - tops, shorts, skirt, ls & sl rashguards! Love the colors too, very vibrant and different, nice change!! As with the top - could have gone with Medium or Large -- chose large for a fit more like the picture, less tight but would be cute either way.

This is perfect for taller women..Most swim skirts are so short on me it defeats the purpose..This actually looks better on than in the picture!!
