Great for aluminum welders

I’m using these to port aluminum cylinder heads and they work surprisingly well. They give a nice cut without wearing out. Note these are a “single cut” burr which works well with aluminum, not the double cut burr designed for harder metals. The shank is just long enough to get most of the port.

I used a couple of these to grind a hardened bolt on my truck. They worked suprisingly well.

Worked great. Did a Port match on an aluminum intake manifold. Kept them oiled up and they never gummed up with aluminum.
