Great inserts. This is the second pair that I have purchased because the first pair work so well in my tennis shoes. I have spent the money on custom orthopedics and these work just as well. In all honesty they are a little more comfortable than the custom ones.

I am a large man.I had a job where in an 8 hour shift I could sit or rest for only about 1 hr off the clock so for 8/9 hours I was walking or speed walking. These soles are worth their weight in gold.I am looking forward to affording a second set.

I use them at work, have 12 hours shifts and they make walking and standing easier
