Excellent - Product and Customer Service
I bought this as a gift for a DIY family member. He does 1 - 2 projects a month and doesn't like to run to the store to get tools. The original gift was to be delivered on Sunday this week but it never showed up. Amazon told me to wait a few days before I report it, I did and they got the replacement on Wednesday. Excellent Customer Service! My family member used it today and told me it was a great time saver and thanked me again. Great product for the price and I would buy again.

Keep the plastic inside.
Love this kit, has helped so much, has so much. Even a beautiful case but thus a problem. Without the plastic packing material, all the parts jumble loose and get mixed up. So be careful carrying the case.I noticed this right away, oops. So I save the plastic pieces but sure enough I lost them or threw away these vital pieces of trash.

Nice Go To Set.
This set has a nice set of bits to choose from. I can usually find whatever I need in this set without having to dig through my toolbox to find something. I keep it with my cordless drill which is my most frequently used tool for around the house. Nice High Quality Bits too!

Nice wish all parts fit.
The media could not be loaded. Just arrived and packing was horrible. The parts where all over the place and two of the bits do not fit in the designated spot.
