This thing took me right back to elementary school—the satisfying *thunk* of slicing a small stack of paper is amazing. Overall, it’s perfect for what I need. I’ve had zero issues cutting up to 10 sheets at a time. When I tried 15, the cut was a little rough, but that’s expected for this size overall, though it's very easy to use and cuts very accurately. The price is great too. The plastic guide lets you pinch the paper securely for clean, safe cuts, and the whole trimmer is very lightweight thanks to the mostly plastic build. Easy to move around, no heavy steel base to deal with. Very happy with this purchase.

I love this cutter! I use it all the time, just be careful it is VERY SHARP! I do junk journaling and many thing s need to be measured and with the build in ruler, it works great

After trying a few cutters I've settled with this one. It's not made as well at least isn't premium as others, it's all plastic. It does cut straight though which is the most important imo. It's maybe a micron or so off but it's better than others I've tried at a much higher price. It lays flat but isn't very heavy so it moves around if you aren't paying attention. The push down edge holder works well and is close enough to the cutting area unlike others The locking mechanism isn't great though, there's a plastic nub that the handle/cutting blade needs pulled out a bit to lock or unlock. I'm not sure why a typical latch wasn't used as I'm concerned over time this pulling out will create alignment issues. Overall, cutter works and cuts well.

Works well! Way better than a scissors

I ordered this to use in my classroom, and it’s amazing! The ability to latch the blade makes storing this much safer (especially with students). It doesn’t take up much space, and it makes cutting papers quicker and easier. (Limit your amount to about 8 to 10 pieces of paper.) It makes cutting neater, as well. I swear I use this several times a week for different reasons. Great product - I have recommended it to other coworkers in my building.

This paper cutter is phenomenal. The blade is sharp (use caution) and easily cuts through standard paper and card stock without leaving tattered edges. This item is light weight and the end of the handle comes off for compact and easy storage. I prefer this paper cutter over the smaller ones with the sliding blade because it’s easier to cut 12x12 paper. I use this regularly when scrapbooking, it is a must-have.

Couldn’t get it to cut straight consistently, even with using the guidelines. Base is also lightweight, so unless you have something to weigh it down, it will be hard to cut more than 3 sheets of cardstock at a time. Didn’t meet expectations.

Perfect for what I needed and saves so much time. Only thing that confuses me is how to align the paper. i get that the grid is there for guidance but i still can't seem to align smaller paper so that the lade cuts straight. Anyway, happy with it so far and thought it's plastic, the blade is sharp and works really well.
