Made great casserole
Good pasta—didn’t get floppy

Delicious and chewy!
It's hard to say if this pasta is worth the cost, over something mid-line like DeCeccio. However, it is absolutely slightly-better than that "blue" brand. (And I've tested using a simple basil & garlic sauce, so the pasta is really in the forefront.) Thick, chewy, flavorful..... Nice. Still, for the cost, I will probably only use this for friends and special occasions. It great, but the difference is somewhat subtle. You'll have to try it for yourself.

Loved it! High quality pasta!
Loved this pasta!. The only thing is that it was a little pricey. Thus only four stars. Since I don’t eat pasta very often, I don’t mind splurging every now and again.
