Great quality and appearance
Excellent quality for the price. . comfortable to hold and they dress up a set table. Would buy again.

Simple, solid, perfect!
Time for some new flatware, and at the price, could not pass it up. These came mush nicer than I was expecting: great weight, simple elegance, and facilitates the need of every teen/pre-teen to use a new utensil for every new motion The only thing better would be a self washing variety

Nothing special. Cheap price, quality is just fine-ish. Can use them for eating.
The price was good but the silverware is lightweight and will probably bend easily over time. It's plain, it's fine, but it's nothing special and probably won't last long term. I'm using it for now but I anticipate I'll probably be replacing my silverware set again in a couple of years.

These are very nice for everyday use. They are not cheap looking. Highly polished. Not heavy. Wash clean. Withstand the dishwasher. Sleek design.

Review Update
Update: Now that I've had the set a few months, I must lower my rating. Unlike other inexpensive sets I have, a couple of pieces of this set are showing small rust spots. I've tried rubbing them out with WD-40 but you still see a slight discoloration at the spot. I don't use a dishwasher, nor do I soak these pieces. Very disappointed. ----- In reading the prior reviews, the one quality most mentioned was "sturdy". Except for the hostess pieces, I would not tend to take "sturdy" too much to heart ... the teaspoons and salad forks are relatively light and could be bent with enough force; the tablespoons less so. For normal eating there won't be a problem but for scooping frozen ice cream, use the large hostess spoon which is indeed sturdy. In the prior reviews there are numerous contradictory opinions regarding length -- some say "long" and some say "short". Actually it depends on which piece in this set you are talking about. I'll break this down for you. Compared with my most recent older flatware, the Brightown spoons are shorter, the tablespoons and teaspoons about 1 cm shorter, and both are lighter weight than my older ones. When it comes to the knives and forks, they are about the same size and weight as those in my older set. The serving spoons/fork in the hostess set are larger (but not heavier) than both of my older sets. Your results may vary of course but this may give you an idea of what to expect ... your spoons may be smaller than what you had been used to; your forks may be the same; your hostess pieces may be larger than expected. This is a simple matter to figure out before ordering, since the sizes of the pieces are given in the above product description. Simply measure your own pieces and note down the size and then compare. One issue that didn't work with one of my older flatware sets, was that the handles were so heavy/large the spoon/fork would fly out of the bowl ... that doesn't happen with this set, the pieces are balanced. Great for people who do a lot of casual eating in front of the TV while holding their plate or bowl in hand. As far as stainless content, this is 18/0 stainless steel, meaning it lacks the 10% nickel of the 18/10. 18/10 flatware is considered higher quality and it comes with a far higher price tag. In summary, for me, this is an affordable, attractive and functional flatware set in the contemporary style being widely shown.
