My water quality was pretty bad, and I knew I needed a solid solution. After doing some research, I decided to try the PRO+AQUA Elite Series GEN2 PRO-100-E 3-stage whole house water filtration system after finding it on Amazon—and let me tell you, the difference is amazing. What I Love: Improved Water Quality: The water quality has improved drastically. No more weird tastes, smells, or concerns about what’s in the water. Effective 3-Stage Filtration: The 3-stage filtration system really does its job, giving me peace of mind with every drop. Easy Installation: It was super easy to install, and Amazon came through with a great price and fast delivery. Overall Impression: If you’ve been struggling with bad water and are considering a whole-house filtration system, I highly recommend giving the PRO+AQUA Elite Series a try. It’s made a huge difference in my home, and once again, Amazon delivered!

We have city water, but it leaves behind a residue on the faucets and in our showers. After installing the filters, the water tastes different, and seems to be better in the shower. The amount of time that was required to clean my poof went from over a minute to about 15 seconds. I guess we had hard water. So glad I purchased this. The install was pretty easy. It says it prefers the plastic fittings over the brass shark bite fittings, but they worked fine. I had to wrap a couple of layers of silicone, but it worked out fine in the end. I believe this is a very good system, price wise, and the ability to remove contaminates. I wish I would've done this years ago. Update - I can't say enough about this filtration system. It's amazing! The water is so much better. Loving this filtration system. Install was quite easy as well. I luckily hit studs on both sides, but I also added a couple of toggle bolts in between just out of concern for the weight of the system with it being full of water.

**UPDATE** Day 35 and still very pleased! Water tastes so much better and the dirt that the first canister is removing really builds our confidence in this product (see second image). We always thought of water was clean because it's public/city water. We were wrong! I strongly recommend this product!! ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: I did a ton of research before I purchased this unit. So far I couldn't be more pleased! Reviews about leaks, especially with the gauges concerned me. The gauges seem robust and are working great. The kit includes adapters for 1" and 3/4" pipe and these adapters aren't easily found, so I really appreciate that they are included with the kit. We had some fun testing the water. We poured a few classes before and after and the difference in smell and taste was astounding! The filtered water was so much better! I installed the kit and had ZERO leaks from the get-go. I suggest a heavy layer of Teflon tape on the threaded parts and thread them completely into the filter unit. I also suggest creating a bi-pass with shutoff valves in case you have a leak and to easily change out filters. I created the bi-pass for multiple reasons, but primarily so when I bring the water level up in our pool each spring we don't filter that water. In that case chlorine is good and I want it in the water. I highly recommend this filter assembly! **just a note that the 220v outlet to the left of the filter is no longer used and has been disconnected in the breaker panel.

Have a well and this system works very good. Only problem was one gauge did not work. Filters are very expensive though.

The system seems to work well, the CRK canister did leak from a hairline crack at the bottom after couple years of use. Customer service did send a free replacement housing even though it was about 2 month out of warranty. My biggest issue, I didn't realize until after installing, the weight of the system AND filled with water is too heavy for the mounting bracket - it started bending and ripping the bracket off the wall. I had to build a stand beneath to hold the system up. Be careful if you plan to wall mount this.

We have well water and it had a slight off putting taste initially, but if we ran the water for ~20 seconds it would resolve the issue. I installed PRO+AQUA Elite whole house system along with a 40 micron spin down sediment filter and UV light. Our water no longer has a bad taste and we no longer pre flush faucets before drinking the water. Added bonus, we don’t drink as much bottled water. Pros: 1. Easy installation 2. Great filtration system 3. Replacement Filter cost reasonable compared to other brands Cons: 1. Canister labels are on the back when you invert the direction of flow. 2. Canisters required significant torque to prevent leaks. I used the “ring” tool that came with filter kit and a rubber mallet to stop the leaks 3. Brass fittings took a couple attempts to stop the leaks. I started with Teflon tape and stopped the leaks with RectorSeal pipe sealant. I had same issue with other brass fittings on the spin sediment filter, but ultimately fixed the leaks with Teflon tape by wrapping the pipes 6x and not tighten it too much.

This product does not deliver as promised. We have a well and we can smell minerals in the water. This filtration system states it eliminates the odor and it did for about 2 weeks. My wife suggested getting new filters but when we saw the pricing on these we decided to uninstall this piece of equipment and instead get an electric anode rod which actually solved our problem. I wouldn’t recommend this product that doesn’t deliver on its promises to anyone one a budget. This item was expensive and requires knowledge of plumbing to install.

I'm on a well in rural country. People all around me complain about water quality. I built my home with this installed from day one. I have great water! My neighbors are buying this unit to have great water as well.
