These work great, and are a thick clear plastic. We use them for report covers and use 1000's a year. Other brands have had flaws in them, but these have always been flawless. Price point is competitive with our wholesale suppliers, and with Prime if we just need a pack quickly this is our go to.

These sheets are great value vs some of the other PVC bindings that you find in box stores. That is why I purchased them. They are the same quality as anything from Staples. Holes punch easily in them with all our binding machines at the office and they allow for a professional touch to books for meetings and presentations.
