Seeing these on Amazon was exciting because ordering here is quick and convenient so i promptly bought the “just got paid” duo because per lip bars website shade suggestions 3:03 , 4:01 as well as videos and pictures i watched on this product this duo should be the correct shades for my complexion which is medium dark- think singers ciara, and lizzo and even Around the owner of lipbar herself’s complexion range. I also Watched two “influencers” on youtube who are way darker than me use this shade so i thought it would work for me too, WRONG! The bronzer is glittery...not sheen-y luminous but GLITTERY... and that glitter DOES show up on the face..the color was off too, barely showed up on me in and not in an appealing way and the end result made my face look and feel dirty around the perimeter where i tried to build the bronzer up😦 also the bronzer color was sooo neutral Like a Glittery regular face powder - no warmth was added to my face, it just looked like glittery neutral dirt😳. It blended out well enough tho’ despite the ugly color. The blush color is unique-its kind of a burnt orange with strong rust undertones in It and very very pretty, do not think its like the classic brown girl friendly Nars taj mahal blush because its way different and this one packed with GLITTER, again😐 the actual blush shade can work for both summer and fall but all the glitter makes it look better in summer, i dont mind That as much But i still would have preferred not SOOOOO much glitter...i should have gotten the “double date” duo because the bronzer in there is ALOT warmer in tone even though its alot darker...if you have textured skin this is probably not for you because the glitter may stick to and emphasize it or Try blending the blush out with a sponge instead of a brush once applied to the face. This was so disappointing. Im keeping it because i like the blush color which Is something i dont have in my collection. I like the lipbar’s 4 in 1 face palette in “vogue” better, the dark colors in the palette which is recommended for skin tones darker than mine Both make great bronzers on my skin, the blush and highlight powders are also beautiful and work for me using a light hand... i still like the brand just not this particular product unfortunately. Hopefully they develop some matte bronzers In the future..

The bronzer is darker than my skin tone but that was my on me. I still used it and it looked good on my face. I blend it in well to contour my face. I liked the final results. The Blush made my cheeks look rosy (lighter skin tone don't use too much)

This is a awesome bronzer... Usually i go with the deepest shade to be on the safe side but LAWD the pigmentation was way more than i thought it would be in a good way. apply with a Light hand and i suggest mixing in the blush for a more softer look.I used it as my crease color for a soft glam look..Even Though i will be buying double date so i can soften the color, staycation def will be used and abused :)

I like Lip Bar products a lot. This particular duo is a bit dark for me. It isn’t always easy to choose a shade from a photo. I will try to see if it works used very lightly.

I just got the bronzer & highlighter in “Double Date” in the mail. I love them. In the store, I would never have picked these colors but I ordered them anyway bc they’re the colors recommended by the Lip Bar’s website. They were right. These colors are perfect. They just make me look nicer without it looking like I’m wearing lots of makeup. The best!

I may need to try staycation it is a bit darker. However I do know the purpose of a bronzer is to add warmth but I did have to layer the swatches to actually see it. It is very pretty, I swatched it next to Prime Beauty bronzwer in Chocolate Lity which looks more to be a contour but I do use it as a bronzer. It's more of a matte plum shade and the Lip Bar is more of a brown with shimmers.

The bronzer portion is pretty nice!! I’m darker than the shade Macao from Nars. It isn’t matte so make sure your realize that. The blush portion however is very shimmery and I wouldn’t use it as blush personally. The formula is nice too
