My son loves it!
My 3.5mo hated tummy time or playing on the floor till we got this mat. He absolutely loves it and will play in it for quite a while. There are tons of places to attach toys—the cross bars, mirror, tummy time pillow and the mesh netting. Very easy to put together (I didn’t even look at the directions). I did add some extra toys and rings to lower some of the toys so that he can reach them. But the toys that come with it are really cute and fun. I attached a picture of the toys it comes with. I don’t have much experience with the ball pit yet as my son is too little but my 2 yo tested it out during setup and loved it. I currently have all the balls and the foam support posts for the ball pit in the sloth toy holder. I did take it off and put it away because it seems to just be in the way. I love the size of this thing….. it’s bigger than the playmat I had in the past for my other kids which give baby lots of space to move around and explore. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a baby!!

Confusing instructions, great product, need travel bag!
I truly love this. The assembly was a little confusing only because the sloth hangs on certain hoops and you have to place the top support "bars" in a certain way to make it so the sloth faces inward. The directions were a little rough. Small pictures. No words. Worse than ikea instructions. Other than that little hiccup it's perfect for him to have his own space away from my dogs. He hates tummy time but I still give him tummy time and let him fuss for a bit. But he enjoys laying in there to watch everything. I placed a blanket on the bottom only because I have wood floors and a thin area rug so it gets cold. It gives him a little more padding and heat. When the summer heat hits I won't needI. Only con I truly can think of: wish there was a travel bag that I could pack this up in and take with me. Would be perfect to take to the grand parents place.

Good play area for a younger baby
I was looking for something fun for my 6-month old grandson to play with at my house. This is a cute toy, but he was almost too old for it. He is sitting up and crawling and he can crawl over the sides of the toy. He doesn't want to be confined, so he doesn't stay in it very long. The balls are fun to play with and keep his attention for a short period. This would probably be a better play option for a 3-7 month old baby who is not very mobile or who is content to stay in a confined area to play. This was not a very good purchase for this grandma.

Our Daughter Loves It
We purchased this for our three month old daughter. She is now almost eight months. She has had to grow into it, but it has always been great. The hanging toys were, alone, worth it for us (ha!). The toucan has been one of her favorite toys from day one. Toucey (pronounced too-key) goes with us on road trips and all around the house. She would first lay on the mat and kick the hanging toys. Now she sits up and plays with the balls and rolls around. The mesh, obviously, does not keep her in but it does keep the balls from rolling out. We keep it in the study with us so we can be together when we work. We call it ‘Panama.’ My only real issue is that it’s not terribly easy to wash. Personally, with a baby, if we cannot easily throw something into the washing machine, we question if it should be in our house. We have put this in the washing machine when our daughter has had a diaper blow out, but it was harder to fit. Something that easily wipes off would be better in our mind. Set up was okay. I struggle with removing/attaching the arches but that is because they do not bed and stay (ie they want to be straight but bend easily). That is probably just me. Overall, I recommend this product. For our daughter and in our experience, the good had outweighed the negative. We see her using it in some capacity for a while longer.

Baby loves it!
He loves playing on this mat. He kicks and Giggles as he grabs the toys and even bubbles at the little sloth. I can't wait until he's older and we can put the balls in the pit.

Spacious, colorful, soft, helpful and fun!
My baby hates tummy time but the toys on the play mat help more than the other toys we got him. It’s super colorful, soft and is bigger than most mats I’ve seen. The pillow that comes with it helps a lot with tummy time. I love that it becomes a ball pit! It has a squeaker toy, crinkly toy, hooped toy, rattle toy and mirror. This helped me figure out what type of toys my sons likes (the crinkle toy). It also has spots for you to hang other toys so you can put 8+ toys if you wanted to.
