I purchased this product because I am a wildland firefighter and I needed something that holds a long charge so I can charge up my phone multiple times when I'm on a fire assignment and don't have a place to plug in. It also needed to be compact ( I have too much stuff I have to pack and take with me on each roll ) And this one is a decent size for being portable. I ordered the smaller version. Not sure why someone would want the larger one when they are both the same thing, just one is bigger in size? I can fit it into my pocket easy. It's a little heavy but I'd expect that from a 20,000mAh / 74Wh power bank. It takes a long time to fully charge the power bank unless you use a C to C USB cable, then its a bit faster. I actually only use the USB c port, maybe the USB port if I'm plugging another device at the same time.Overall impression:*Affordable ☑️*Compact / portable ☑️*Great power / charge my phone multiple times and pretty quick ☑️***Oh I almost forgot about the flashlight. The power button on the side also turns on the little LED flashlight. I've used it once or twice, but it is a nice little bonus feature.***Been using it everyday. Sometimes I use this over plugging my device into a receptacle at home just because it's so much easier to move about plugged into the Power Bank rather than keep plugging and unplugging throughout the house.I recommend!

Very useful product! It's saved me several times. It charges my iPhone and laptop on the go. Charges quickly and lasts for hours.I bought one for my son who is studying abroad in Italy this semester. He said it saved him and several friends who borrowed it. It is a bit heavy but still fits fine in my pocket or back pack.

Well made, delivers the results I require to maintain my phone and tablets while lacking an electric outlet. I recommend this product. It is a brick in terms of weight, but it works well, and deliver multiple charges before requiring a recharge,

Really good charger. Great to take to a concert and just on the go. Takes a while to fully reach 100% when charging the device, but it lasts a good while when charging other devices. I can charge my phone to 100%, and there's still enough charge to charge another device. Just be cautious when you're trying to use a C to C cord. If the charger isn't turned on, it won't charge. You have to push the power button, and then it will charge. Just keep an eye on it, cause sometimes it turns off on its own.

This is a good deal heavier, small but bulkier, than I thought. About the height and width of a pack of cigarettes (if you recall). It's certainly very useable, just more lithium battery packed in a micro size. To order again if likely get the slightly taller, thinner size. Arrived with 47% charge (odd for Amazon).One star missing for the charging cord partition being empty; no mini USB "C." I've cords all over do not an issue. Should the cord be needed, would require sending back, etc. A schlep. It's neither classy or confidence building to forget to include the cord (see my screenshot, cord is intended to be in that space).Let's not exclude handy FLASHLIGHT. Bound to come in handy sooner or later. Two clicks side button ON, 2 OFF.20kmAh is a good deal of power in a small size. This should charge 5000 mAh phone battery thrice in need. Just FYI. Battery, while squarish, doesn't sit flat standing up, uneven bottom so wobbles, but not a real issue.Actual phone number in the states for issues! 3 year warranty, & info not hidden either. I keep my phone plugged in while doing graphical work (Samsung has battery protection). Rather than keep it plugged in to charger cord, 4 feet of cord plugged into the portable battery leave me free to move about.Highly recommended, even without the micro C charger you likely don't need. (Still a poor look INUI.) It's just arrived. Any issues I'm update.

I never ever write reviews. I felt compelled to write a review for this product because it truly is that good. There was no incentive for this review, and I am in no way affiliated with this company. I do happen to take think this is the best 20,000mAh power bank on the market by far, and I was surprised because I thought I was stepping down in quality since the price was lower than usual. I had been buying Anker in the past, but their prices were higher than ever, so I was looking for a cheaper bank that still did what I wanted, and oh boy did it. I love this little device. I keep it in my backpack always, and it never seems to discharge without me actually using it. It’ll stay at 100%, I think that’s because of the modern type of battery they used which at the time I bought this was pretty new and only in a handful of power banks, so I thought they were lying when I saw it in this one for such a low price.Best power bank I’ve ever had, hands down, and I got it because it was far cheaper than the others at the time I bought it. It charges devices faster than any power bank in similar price range. It says it is 20,000mAh capacity, but it lasts far longer than any other battery pack claiming the same capacity. It has a convenience flashlight that I’ve actually used a handful of times in a pinch. It can charge 3 devices at once, has two extremely fast USB type A ports, and even has a USB type C port that is still a fast charger compared to other battery packs, but is slower than the type A which are lightning fast. It doesn’t get that hot when charging compared to other high end battery packs. One unique feature is the USB-C that serves as input doubles as an output. This is super cool because every other charger that I could find at the time of purchase had an input which couldn’t output. It was purely an input. This power bank is also incredibly light for 20,000mAh, and fits in my pocket with my phone without being incredibly burdensome. I think it’s probably half the size and maybe a quarter to a third the weight of my first charger (from Anker many many years ago) which was supposed to be 26,800mAh, but didn’t last as long as this one.Not sure if this company replaces broken chargers but I would bet they do because it says they have a 3 year warranty. Anker will replace broken power banks basically with no questions asked within 18 months of purchase, and I had to use that one time, so if they replace them without making you prove you didn’t break it or whatever then this company has twice the warranty (at less than half the price at the time I purchased). I think that is why the battery bank is such high quality. They don’t want it breaking within 3 years, so they use the highest quality materials. It really is nice in the hand and you can tell it is high quality. Mine is barely scratched after being used and abused almost daily for so long now.I’ve had this product for at least a year now, I think longer, and I recently went to Hawaii and didn’t need to charge my Bose portable speaker or iPhone 12 Pro Max until the end of day 5 of the trip, and I used both frequently each day. The portable charger charged my phone like 4 times over as well as my speaker.Overall this is the best portable charger in this capacity range hands down, and I am a portable charger fanatic and have owned many mostly Anker power banks over the years. Definitely get this charger as long as the price is still low and it’s available!
