Lonely Planet India (Travel Guide)

Important to have to make your jorney easier

So i have been using this for years now, though this my first time to hold a physical copy. The details cover almost all aspect of a place. From history to geography to social life, recommended hotels, tours travels etc. The best thing is you read, then you imagine the place and when you go there, you end up exploring that place or monument. Insta tourists please stay away from this gem. I got a used copy (like new) and it turned out to be a new with minor scratches on the edges, but thats ok!

This is 2019 edition of Lonely Planet travel guide. The latest edition (2022) is much costlier than this one. The earlier one is sufficient enough for the traveller to have some idea. Highly recommedable.

I have been using Lonely Planet and Bradt travel ebooks for many years now. This is the first time I bought a physical travel guide. Lonely Planet India is good for a quick skimming over before you do detailed planning. It is great at that. Worth owning if you travel in/to India often.

Though it was a used one, very neat and look like new. A good deal for Rs.500. Thanks to seller and Amazon

Regular user but this version format appears different and felt was less organised and difficult to obtain information with ease.
