Smart Dimmer Switch WiFi Light Switch Dimmer Work with Alexa Google Home

These are really attractive switches. I bought three of them. The problem is with the touch on and off. They only work when they want to. They work with Alexa every time. When they dont work, and then you command them with Alexa, the touch screen will start working again for a little while. Pretty annoying, but I bought them mainly for Alexa control.

It took a while to get it set up with Alexa. The button is really sensitive and was difficult to mess with. I have also played with the dip switches, but it doesn't seem to light a light fixture to the brightest level and it sometime flickers. Other than that, it's great! There weren't a lot of choices for a dual dimming, wifi switch, but this is a great product.

It works fine, until it just quits. I had replace two of them after about 1-1.5 year

Read original review down below - upgraded to 5 Star. After the issues I contacted support and they were very helpful in trouble shooting and trying to solve the issue. The sent updates etc, unfortunately nothing they tried worked, so they sent me 6 replacements of the newer style and they work perfect as expected. I have 6 of these and they have been working perfectly with Alexa since before my last purchase in Feb 2020, I set up automated routines, and voice control was perfect. Now for about a week, they are not working properly, all 6, routine will turn on but not off, voice activation not recognized, I don't know what happened but they just stopped behaving like they were, all of them. I would say if it was one maybe it went bad but all 6 are not following instructions and voice activation only works sometimes on some, yet they are still connected in Alexa App and can be controlled as normal in the App

I have had this switch for just over a year and when you have it set up it works well. That being said it has a hard time being found by the app. I struggled to get it set up in the beginning and now it doesn't want to be set up at all. Like I said it's a decent switch when you have it set up my only issue then is the touch to turn off is kind of annoying. When I'm trying to walk out of the room I have to slow down to make sure I swipe properly or it will turn it off then back on. I probably wouldn't buy it again I would get more of a conventional style switch that is a smart switch so I don't have to slow down and be careful when trying to manually switch it off. But the dimming works perfect and like I said when you can get it set up it works well with my Google home.

Works well with Alexa, even better with Alexa than as an actual switch.You turn it on by pressing the clear display in the middle of the switch, the upper half brightens the lights, the lower half dims. This is more problematic than it sounds. Haven’t figured out completely why, but some times i try to dim and it goes completely off, I just tell Alexa to turn it on or off and what level of light I want in 10% increments. There are adjustment switches on the side of the switch that are hidden by the faceplate, I tried suggested settings at first but the lights weren’t very bright, so I adjusted those switches to maximum.This switch powers five recessed cans with LED flood lamps. Total output 55 watts (5 x 11 watt bulbs) extremely bright with bright white LEDs on max settings (level 10 with both internal adjustable switches at max).YOU MUST HAVE NEUTRALS. If you don’t know what that means in the first place, call an electrician. Secondly I have found it difficult to fold all the wires in such a way that they easily fit back in the box, I’m pretty smart and you really have to fiddle with them to get these large switches back into the box. If you aren’t really handy around the house, pay an electrician.

The media could not be loaded.  This item broke in 3 months. The lights won't turn on and the display keeps flickering. I was able to return to Amazon with a 6 dollar restocking fee.

I had been waiting for a high-quality, dimmable smart switch and this is it. Installation was easy (make sure you have a neutral wire available in the wall box). The touch-controls on the switch are great. Soft touch on-off, and intuitive dimmer level up/down buttons. Smart controls are easy in SmartLife and we use with Alexa too. This is a kitchen light switch that controls both a circuit with both island pendant and recessed lighting (total 10 LED bulbs). Works a treat! Best of all, we combined with (2) Lesim smart bulbs in the pendant lights, to create mood lighting. Example Alexa commands... "Kitchen on"...kitchen off, island on, island off, kitchen christmas (red/green), kitchen blue, kitchen dim, kitchen bright. No more getting up to adjust the wall switch or walk to the other end of the room. Thank you Lesim!

These were super easy to install. They've integrated well to Google. We did have some issues with using the lights manually, but it was user error! To turn the lights on/off, you simply touch the display, do not press it like a button! All good now!

Not easy to operate to begin with then outside switch stopped working after 2 months. Already had expensive electrician bill to install, now this.
