Best travel guide to Zambia you will find any where. The updated version is coming in 2016 so hold out for it if you can as there have been a number of changes in Zambia over the past 5 years (mostly good :) )

Great book on Zambia! Lots of info and detailed descriptions without being too bulky. I was exclusively a LP travel book person, but have come around on the Bradt guides especially for Africa.

The book was bought to plan and prepare for my upocoming trip to Zambia. I can't say how accurate it is, but it does contain the information I was looking for. And I am sure every entry has been checked and rechecked.

good travel guide much, much better than LP. surprisingly good sectional maps. hopefully more updated version comes out soon.

This book is great - I love it - it is fantastic resource. It exceeded my expectations of the condition - was in better condition than what I was expecting. The book arrived quickly and was packaged well.

I have not yet traveled to Zambia, except as an armchair traveler---but even then, I highly recommend this book as the best travel guide to that country. It has clear and detailed information of all kinds.

This is my first experience with Bradt Travel Guides, and it won't be my last.I bought this for nostalgic reasons. I was very lucky to spend 3 years with my husband, we had only been married one week when we went , back in 1973.(We are still married).The time there was memorable, a mixture of exciting, frustrating and abit frightening at time. I think it made us the people we are today.I have been thinking of those times recently and thought I would like to read about what it would be like to travel there now. This book did not disappoint......so very informative, well written. The question I have to ask, do I keep the memories I have of the times locked away, to be visited on occasions or do we visit Zambia now to see how it has changed.......this will need some serious thought.The Bradt guide book will be the only travel book you need.Thank you to the team for putting it together and thank you, from me personally for the penned "Good wishes" fomr the team. Lovely touch.

An extremely comprehensive, well written guide which provides essential information, guidance, cultural history and imparts the visitor with an excellent background knowledge of Zambia. As a frequent traveller, I found this to be the best travel guide which I have ever read. It maintains the high standard set by Bradt Travel guides and is thoroughly recommended for anyone who is interested in learning about Zambia and invaluable to potential travellers to the region.

Delightful book which was used daily on our safari trip. It contained every bit of information we needed, was concise and informative.
