Ok, we got covid and went WAY down for a little while. our outdoor griddle rusted something terrible. This block cleaned that all off and most of the black from cooking. It's like running a sponge over the top, no added pressure needed and it comes off... instead of having to buy a new grill this one is looking great and I'm comfortable cooking on it again. Could have used 2 more and gotten almost brand new looking, but it's SOOOoo much better there are zero complaints on this product.

I put some aluminum foil beneath the grates that I was scraping to catch the gritty debris that it creates. Then I can just toss the dirty foil.

This did remove the rust from my grill grate, however, I didn't catch that it was also removing the surface too. My stainless steel grate is now a different color and sheen. Unsure if it's safe to cook on. Be careful when using.

I don’t know if I got a dud or not but for almost 24 dollars you would think the product would have lasted longer than 15 minutes.This product disappeared so fast I thought it was a magic trick.Do not buy big waste of money.I don’t think I was using it with too much force but apparently any force is too much. If I could take stars away I would but one is the least I could put

Does its job but it degrades quickly so after maybe a month or two you will need to replace

It's a great way to clean the flat surface of your grill but when you try to clean in between the grates, it breaks off.
