I have this is a beautiful fireplace could not be pleased more with it. There is no assembly it’s plug and go. Very easy to operate. It did arrive damaged as you can see from the picture. It could have been packaged a little better, but damage is to be expected in shipping, sometimes.

The e-Flame USA Kodiak LED Electric Fireplace Stove - Faux Wood and Stone Mantel with Remote - 3D Log and Fire comes already put together., right out of the box. I didn't want something that I had to put together myself so this worked out great! I don't know how long it's going to work but so far so good.The heat works well and the flame looks good. I wish they threw in a splash of red and blue but it is what it is. The crackling sound box was purchased separately but really makes it more realistic. All in all I am presently happy with my purchase.

I looks like it is made with real bricks and is virtually ready to use right out of the box. I put it in the sun room so I can enjoy it all winter and reading a book

Is very heavy delivered by ups with only 1 driver to try and carry this think is impossible I really don’t see how 1 ups guy could delivered this and thought they had 70 pound single box limit?? To return I am supposed to take this beast back to ups myself it’s too bad because if was not broken it looks like would have been really nice in my Room not sure what to do from this point as any repair is out of my skill set and would at best be a patch job and not look as good as un damaged unit

This fireplace is very ascetically pleasing. Gorgeous, nice and warm, not too loud at all, with the TV on you don't even realize its running. My best part was the very, very fast shipping and I love telling Alexa to turn on the fireplace. I highly recommend.

Liked the remote, but as soon as I opened box this is what I saw. I couldn’t repair this if I tried. I’ve always been able to have them pick it up at my home. They are expecting me to lift this and drop it off at ups. No way I can. I had to have neighbors come help me bring it in. Would love to have one. I will be calling company!! Worst experience ever. 3 days later Jenna from Northbay to very good care of my situation. EFlame Northbay are wonderful and have beautiful fireplaces that look real. Thanks Jenna at Northbay!!

Order the 48 in. Fell in love with it, ordered the 36 in for my bedroom. Love them both. Came already assembled, remote is easy to operate. They look excellent in both room. Great price on both
