Normally very sceptical of aromatherapy but curious to see if it helps when I am extremely busy . I must say that it works ! I normally keep going to each job or task without pausing and then flat out tired. I tried this aroma stick and found the scent uplifting but also meant I paused to take a breath which is probably good in itself and did find that moment of calm. Only word of caution is the scent is very strong so I would not advise placing too close to the nose or inhaling it too deeply as I think the effect might be overpowering. I can see my self using this regularly as it is perfect for handbag etc. Recommend

PLEASE READ ALL FOR HONEST REVIEW !!! I have the worst night's sleep every night, from waking due to temperature or noises or when my partner gets home from work at 3 am, even my dog breathing in the hall way wakes me up, I'm a super light sleeper so everything wakes me, I normally start my day at around 4-5 am due to not being able to sleep. After many attempts at using different sleep aids I was recommended this by a friend and I can honestly say this is it for me, I used it for the first time last night at 11pm and didn't not wake up once intill my alarm went off at 9am, my partner managed to come home, this got the dogs all excited like always which normally means I wake up but last night I slept through the entire night for the first time in months and actually don't feel tired. The scent isn't too much so you don't feel like your drowing in it, it worked all night for me so that's a bonus and it's small and compact so you can take it traveling with you. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

The essential oils used for this inhaler stick are rosemary, peppermint and lime. I was interested in this inhaler stick because there are some studies which suggest that (quoted from A.I.) "Rosemary, particularly its main compound 1,8-cineole, positively impacts acetylcholine (ACh), a neurotransmitter vital for learning and memory, by inhibiting enzymes that break it down, thereby increasing ACh availability in the brain. Inhaling rosemary aroma can boost alertness, memory, and cognitive performance by allowing 1,8-cineole to quickly reach the brain and influence ACh levels, mimicking some dementia drug mechanisms." As a person just into my 70s I thought I would give this a try to see if I noticed any difference in my mental performance. I did not but having ordered one stick in August 2025 I was willing to give it some more time so ordered two more in December. The first stick had a strong fragrance and lasted for about four months, the next two I received had barely any discernible fragrance. I thought they were perhaps old stock and returned them for a refund. I am now looking into making my own inhaler sticks.

This will not put you to sleep but it's a lovely smell and feels good, be good for general wellbeing but not to help sleep, maybe more relax

I ordered B.Calm one as I can get super anxious (fast heartbeat, dizziness, stomache, nausea etc) and honestly it's amazing! Inside the stick there's another one that got the oil itself. Very comfortable to use (especially if you don't want others to know what that is you could say it's just an inhaler for runny nose) and can be taken everywhere! Very lightweight, with strong scent that can be regulated by distance from your nose. I honestly have mine only for a week and used it twice – it does work! I'd say, it helps you to calm down faster and relax, as you feel a whave hitting your brain. I suppose, it'll last me for a few months.

I struggle with breathing through my nose, which is worse at night. I bought these, thinking the bad reviews can't be that bad. After buying 2 of these, one for energy boost and one for night use (lavender), I found they are both dried up with no scent in them. I used one and the inside filling sucked to the top stopping the air going into my nose. There is no scent, apart from the lavender one smells slightly of cat wee. How you mess the smell of lavandar up I don't know. Waste of money, I'm annoyed I bought two. But avoid. Can't help but feel it's China tat being sold on amazon as quality products.

Wasn't sure if these would work for me but I found them not only convenient for travelling but also the smell was genuinely relaxing and pleasant. Not sure how much it genuinely helped me relax on it's own but regardless it provides a good distraction for the senses! I've tried all the other scents too and can't fault them. The only draw back is the plastic case being single use which is a huge waste...

It smells quite nice and seems to last a while, but it hasn't helped me sleep or given me a better quality of sleep.
