It's effective.
I take this with Kali Phosphorous which supports nerves. Very effective for physical tension caused by chemo which gets me hyper. Brings me back to normal so I can focus.

Poor design
Poor container design. Opened the lid and lost half the product do to no protective cap as expected. Very wasteful and disappointed.
