Q: Does this product have a seal? Mine arrived with tape covering the top.

These have a seal under the lid from the manufacturer. If seal is intact the tape over the lid may just be an extra precaution against rough handling.

Q: My cats ears seem to have sticky drainage after using this. Common?

That's probably indicative of the product working to open things up to drain, which is a positive reaction. I combine this product with Zymox Plus, which uses enzymes to break down and "eat" the drainage. They work great together.

Q: Do you need a Rx from your vet?

I did not need a prescription from my vet. This was recommended by my dog’s Dermatologist. It is a great ear cleaner.
