alright this nutmeg is solid, freshness is on point, smell hits u soon as u open the jar, real strong and earthy not that weak dusty smell some ground nutmeg got appearance is good too, nice fine grind, consistent color, don't look like its been sitting on a shelf for years. size of the jar is decent, 3.25 oz last a good while since a lil pinch go a long way, especially in stuff like eggnog, oatmeal, or mashed potatoes value for money is solid, quantity feels right for the price, ain't paying for a mostly empty jar like some spice brands try to pull. health benefits wise nutmeg got some good properties too which is a nice bonus honestly amazon grocery is my first pick before name brand at this point, quality is just as good if not better and the price is way cheaper, don't see why id pay extra for a name brand when this do the same job overall solid nutmeg, does the job and does it well, would cop again no question

I mean, what can you say about nutmeg, it's a dried product, and tasts like nutmeg. Bottle was full, it was ground as expected, and a good quality. Good value for the money, and easy pour top.
