ProGear 310 Olympic LAT Pull Down and Low Row Cable Attachment

After waiting two months and being disappointed by Walmart, who cancelled my order (for the 1000lb max version), the same week as scheduled delivery. Found the 800lb max version on Amazon, along with the pull-down cable you can attach to the cage. I knew I wouldn't be squatting/lifting near that much, so ordered it, happy to find out it'd be delivered in two weeks.With no pieces missing and easy-to-follow instructions, I assembled it myself. The power cage is strong, balanced. The pull-up bar across the top is great with two hand variations. The pulley system for the pull-down is smooth. My garage gym is now up and running. Purchased a landmine to go along with it, as well as various attachments for different exercises. Also hooked up TRX straps.

I bought this to go with the rack I bought. It was easy to assemble. It is great for the back and arm exercises I use it for. It gets used 6 days a week and has been holding up great.

I love it the whole assembly in my home gym it’s awesome , but the complaint I have is that the last pull down bar it comes from is a little on the weak side, I was doing lat pull downs with about 200 something pounds on and the bar started to bend a bit , but other than that great product

Great product, easy to assemble, works smoothly

Exactly what I was looking for. I have the Fitness Reality 810XLT and even though this is a different brand name, it fit perfectly. The mother company must sell the same items under different company names. Its a fairly good design that supplies a new crossbar for the bottom of the rack and repurposes the existing crossbar to become the leg support. Ive found that silicone spray works a bit better for the upright than the thicker lube it comes with.
