ACDelco Gold PT1983 (88860538) Vehicle Speed Sensor Pigtail

Perfect fit but it arrived too late. Great product.

Tried the output shaft sensor on the rear of the trans and the rear abs speed sensor on the rear axle. No luck. Wired this up and it is now fixed! Just pay very close attention which wire goes where because they are not labeled and polarity does matter apparently.

Purchased to replace the original speed sensor wiring connector that a squirell chewed on and caused the speedometer to be non-functional.Installed on a 2008 f150 4.2l with a 5 speed manual transmission.

Used it to repair a 1996 Dodge Ram rear wheel ABS harness. I had to rebuild the 4 foot wiring harness leading to the read ABS sensor. First I just replace the speed sensor the results are brake light and abs light still on then cut some wiring and install this ACDelco PT1983 and the lights are off.

did not use on install of new speed sensor, will keep for future need,looks of good quality

I loved the fact that I did not have to replace the whole speed sensor unit when I found out that a rodent had eaten the wiring to the sensor and was easy to replace.
