Prima Taste Chili Crab Lamian Noodles, 22.4 Ounce

Not a soup like other Asian/Ramen noodle dishes. You drain this one then mix in the packets of chili oil and the chili crab paste. I was not used to this, but I actually liked it. I hesitated to give it 5 Stars, but 4 Stars is not really fair. It is really good, just a little different than the usual ramen as I said. You could add some seafood to make it more substantial. Their other flavors are fantastic, but this is a solid GOOD flavor.

The noodles have a good texture but were more on the sweet side than I prefer.

The best ramen. Always have it for a treat. Make sure you warm up the oil and sauce packet per directions or it won’t taste the same. Throw in some chili paste and some chin su to make it even better.

I have no idea what flavor they were trying to do with this, but it was not a pleasant taste at all. I had to add so many other things into it in order to at least be enjoyed. Would never buy this flavor. Now the other one they have that is the CURRY flavor... That one I enjoyed very much.

Seems a little thin in flavor when compared to the La Mian noodles Prima Taste also sells.The reviewer who added a crab cake had the right idea.This is a good base, nice noodles, sauce with a little zip, but even with an egg and some veggies added, it begs for something more.

Made this and added a Maryland crab cake. Simply delicious! This product is the closest flavor to Chili Crab available outside of Singapore without actually making it yourself. For those folks that have tasted real Singapore Chili Crab, this product may feel like a disappointment. Making real Singapore Chili Crab involves a couple hours of preparation and cooking, so this product is really convenient. The Prima Taste folks have done a really nice job making this product. It comes close to the real flavor without all the work -- nothing beats it. Give it a try.

I have used this product for a couple of years and I find it delicious. The noodles are never mushy and the flavorings are just what I hoped for. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys Asian noodle dishes

These are fine, but are not what I was hoping for. They seem to me to basically be fancy ramen noodles with a sweet and spicy sauce. Definitely not bad, just not quite what I was expecting.
