This made a tangible difference for me. I’m 52 and gained weight during perimenopause. I’m exercising more intensely now because I want to adjust to the weight and stay strong enough to travel and hike. It’s been tough on my joints so I started this supplement. I noticed results within a couple weeks. The clincher for me was that my knee pain came back after I stopped taking them temporarily while I had norovirus. As soon as I was better and started taking these again, the pain faded. I’m convinced and will be taking this for life!

Good product

Been using this product for decades and it really helps my joints, espcially my knees. Should I ever allow myself to run out, I can tell it! If you have joints that "pop" or "crack" from the wear and tear of life (especially knees) Osteo Bi-Flex really helps.

I *think* this stuff helps me. I've had various joint issues beginning in my 30's, and now in my 60's they're either less or no longer there. Of course, I'm not as active athletically as I once was, but I've been taking this supplement since shortly after it came out. Two criticisms I've noticed with the product: 1) The size of the tablets is variable. I've bought these sometimes and have found them to be giant tablets, and other times they are more of a football shape and slightly smaller. I've never really noticed any difference on the label of the varying sizes, so not sure why they can't be the more friendly smaller version. These tablets have been the big ones. 2) Wasteful packaging: Why fill these plastic bottles only half full? Upon opening the first bottle, I noticed this and to safe room in my closet, proceeded to put the second bottle in the first bottle. 160 tablets fit with still room at the top, so why not package them in the most efficient manner and reduce the plastic waste? In this day & age shouldn't we be trying to reduce the amount of plastic we produce? Annoys me that companies ignore smarter packaging options.

I've been using these for years.. They were recommended by my doctor. There's no side effects & they're very good 4-my the relief pain in my joints. The size of the pill is quite large so I recommend that you cut it into if u can't swallow it whole. Dosage is recommended (1) a day

Incredibly, this is the only product of the several top-rated and widely advertised that has actually provided me with genuine relief, and this after only 2 days being on it! Recommended by my Orthopedist, this is not a placebo-effect, as I had experienced significant joint stiffness and pain during the time I was taking each of the other products.

Difficult to swallow horse pills - but effective If you don’t choke The coated tablets are 7/8” long, 1/4 wide, and 1234 5/8 of an inch wide, and 5/8” thick. We call these horse pills. Even when I used a pill cutter, the cut ends still make them very difficult to swallow. That is a shame because they do make my joints feel better. I would suggest manufacturing tablets half the size and recommend four a day, perhaps with different meals.
