This is going to sound crazy to some of you but if you suffer from anxiety/panic attacks please read my review:I bought these pills for my hair and nails which took a rough turn after I lost a good amount of weight. Someone told me Omega-3's would help, but I have never been a fan of seafood and the thought of burping up fish oil grossed me out.So I bought these. And although my hair and nails did improve the slightest bit (not much) my anxiety and panic attacks which I have suffered from for years stopped after 3 months of taking these once a day.I wasn't even aware they could help with that and it took me a little while to figure out that they were actually the cure for me when I tried ruling out what I started doing differently. I am not saying they'll work for everyones anxiety but for the first time in 10 years I feel like I don't have to worry about it and I feel compelled to let other people know.I found out they contributed to helping anxiety just by googling DHA and anxiety. If you're intrigued, I suggest you read some of the interesting articles.It's crazy how I bought this product for a reason so much smaller than the bigger reason they have changed my life-- literally.I will continue to take these every day. I suggest you try them and give them some time and see if they work for you too.

I had ordered a higher-dose supplement the last time but the pills were too large. These are smaller and I can either take one or two now and then if I want a larger dose.I've used other DEVA supplements in the past and have not been disappointed.

We all kmow that Omega-3s can boost heart health and lower triglycerides. Omega-3s are thought to play an important role in reducing inflammation throughout the body -- in the blood vessels, the joints, and elsewhere. That's what I notice when I take this product. I've been taking DEVA algae pills for over a year now and when I forget to take it I feel stiffer, achier. This may sound silly, but it's true. I just start to feel old and creaky. Then I get back on my routine of taking my DEVA algae pills and within a day my joints feel lubricated again. Kind of like how a car engine needs oil to lubricate the parts, this is my engine oil. :)If you have food sensitivities, rest easy. This product is free from GMO's, yeast, wheat, glujten, hexane, dairy, egg, salt, sugar or preservatives.If you are vegan for ethical reasons, you will be happy to know this product contains no animal products or derivatives. It is certified vegan by the Vegan Society.What I like about these pills is they are derived from microalgae grown under sanitary menufacturing conditions. It is free of ocean-borne contaminants like mercury and dioxin. I tell my friends who take fish oil pills, "Where do you think the fish get their Omega-3's? From the algae they eat!" Skip the fish and the mercury contamination that comes with it, and go straight to the algae!

This is amazing. I have been a vegetarian for over 2 years now and I started having small spacial issues in that I would bump a plate against another plate when stacking them together. The difference was so slight but the key thing was that I knew I didn't do that before. I was able to multi-task and stack plates while thinking of something else and my other hand was about to do or was doing something else and I never bumped the plates together. Or I was walking in a friend's house and whereas before I would walk close to the table and never bump against it, and never even had to think about where the table was, I now did bump against the table. I was alarmed because I knew it could get worse and I realized I was missing something from my diet. I started researching brain function and how important Omega 3 is for the brain cells. I am still going through the first bottle of this but I no longer bump plates together etc. I definitely recommend this and I hope one day I discover how to get enough Omega 3 without supplements.

I'm Glad to find vegetarian product. The only downside I've found to these is the way they stick together inside the bottle.

i have struggled with inflammation for years and unfortunately had to take krill oil supplements to help with this condition. being a vegetarian, i was very unhappy with the situation i was in but because flax seed is an inadequate source of omega3 for many people, including myself, krill oil was my best option...until i found these amazing supplements! because the true source of fish oil omega3 supplements is algae (the fish eat the algae, convert it, then people consume it) i thought this would be a good substitute for krill oil and so far i think i'm right. i've been taking these supplements for a few months now and have not noticed my inflammation getting any worse. i do take more than the recommended dosage; consult with your doctor to determine what dosage is right for you.my only gripe about this product is that it contains sorbitol which is a sugar alcohol that can disrupt the digestive system. i haven't noticed any negative side effects of this product so the sorbitol is probably minimal but i'd rather it didn't contain any at all. other than that this is a great option for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores and i would highly recommend it!

This is the best valued quality EPA + DHA I could find on Amazon. Going to continue purchasing this product from now on.
