I don't think the product description is clear about this, but with my dell micro desktop (Intel 12th gen graphics), and with an early Philips 4K TV, I'm able to display in 4K-60Hz. I had an older display port to HDMI adapter, and was only able to get 1080p to my TV. Windows stopped there. With this cable, I was able to get resolutions to above 4K, as supported by my TV. Great deal!

See update below:I bought a new (to me) Dell XPS tower that has one HDMI out and one DP out. I have two Acer monitors (sorry, I don't know the model #). The DP out (from computer) to HDMI in (on monitor), does not work. The screen is blank and I'm unable to interact with it in any way (via mouse cursor, etc.), nor does it show up on Windows Device Manager.I'm not sure why this doesn't work, but it doesn't. At least I didn't spend a lot of money on it.UPDATE:Warky offered to refund the full amount of my purchase without even asking for me to return it! (I accepted, of course) That's awesome! Way to go Warky!
