I really like this phone case, this is my fourth one (I have had my phone for many years). I drop my phone pretty frequently, and this case does a wonderful job protecting it. I might see some scratches or dings on the case, but my phone never has a scratch! Can’t beat the price as well! If you are also holding on to an older iPhone XR, this is a very good case to get.

The great thing about keeping the same iPhone for so long is that you can find top quality covers at a steep discount. I believe this was originally a $40 case, and so far the quality seems to be right for that. I paid a fraction of that when I needed a new case after 3.5 years. I chose this case because my previous case had a dial to turn in order to turn phone on/off silent. I do this ALL the time, as I prefer my phone on silent, but I have to turn it off silent to make videos play. Anyways, that dial on my previous case wore down (not an Otterbox brand case). I wanted a case where I could more easily access the silence button, and this did that. However I also needed a case that was durable, as I drop my phone all the time. This case gives that feeling of trusted Otterbox protection (I've used 3 different Otterbox cases on previous phones), but is still sleek enough to hold. I like the clear back, and I really like the rubber sides. I think that will really help me to actually NOT drop it. I have only had it for 2 days, so I can't speak on how well it actually holds up. Not how protective it ends up being. But it definitely feels like it will be a good one.

This is the only phone case I ever buy! I drop my phone a lot and I have never had a problem when using Otterbox cases. I really like that this case is sleek and doesn’t add a lot of bulk to your phone. Some protective cases are so big, but this one doesn’t feel huge in my hands. I like the rubber sides, which seem to add good protection. I wish this came in more fun colors, but I think that having better protection is worth having a boring phone case. The purple and green colors are pretty though and I have also had the black too.After years of drops and falls and taking it on and off, the phone case may crack in the corners. This has happened to me once, but I was just glad that the case did it’s job of protecting the phone!

When I decided to get my new iPhone XR, I knew that I had to protect it with the best because with the price, it’s actually an investment. Otter box has the best reputation for protecting phones. Even though I knew that I needed the protection, I was actually a little hesitant to get an Otter box because they’ve always been on the bulky side. Until now!!! The sole reason that I bought this case is because it’s a new thin design. When the case was delivered, the packaging was very sturdy and the case was well protected. According to the package, it’s “sleek protection.” There were no scratches or imperfections on the case. There’s a 7 year warranty on the case, this is according to the product information included in the case. The unexpected part was the glitter effect of the case. Normally I just buy a solid color, and honestly wasn’t interested in the glitter. I ended up getting the red XR and when the case was put on my phone, it was beautiful. My granddaughter said it looked like Christmas. Even after a month of carrying the phone and accidentally dropping it on the tile floor in the kitchen, it’s still protecting my phone. It hasn’t scratched or scuffed with the normal wear and tear of daily use. So if you want protection that comes with more than a decade of a great reputation, a great price, beautiful appearance, and a sleek fit, this is the case for you.

Nice case, but bulky and adds too much weight

For teen dau, she loves the clear case with little sparkles thoughtout. Also keeps the phone protected, most important.

Gets dirty, have to clean it twice a month to get rid of stains. Good product yet. Serves the purpose. Satisfying.
