I don't like to really write reviews about many items but I do for makeup and I do it for coffee because I know a lot about both and I buy a lot of them both. However, I do not buy a lot of Bakery goods online until I found Sterns Bakery and that changed everything and that is exactly why I'm writing a review because 2 minutes before I wrote this review I ordered this product again. I can't seem to get a piece of my own babka it goes flying out of the box and into other mouths awaiting this amazing cake. Is everything I remember from the bakeries in the Bronx when I was a child. I cannot thank the people at Stern's enough. Everything comes early or on time. The babka is fresh, as is their rugala in every flavor they make but back to the babka you absolutely have to try it. It's fresh it's moist and certainly not try. Everything especially this amazing cake is Super Fresh and I don't know how they do it and it's okay if it's a mystery but I am going to continue to buy this particular babka because it actually is one of the best I've ever had and I'm totally shocked I found them and this on Amazon. Please try it you will not be disappointed.

I’ve ordered this yummy babka before and had been very pleased BUT my most recent order was terrible! The bread was underbaked and almost raw in the center. I had ordered it to serve guests, but had to toss it in the trash because of health concerns. Since it had been in transit and unrefrigerated, we didn’t feel it would be safe to consume even if we re-baked the babka. Zero value for money and Amazon doesn’t do a thing to correct problems like this with food items.

It did not appear to be as fresh as at the previous order. It was okay to it, but it was a little bit hard.

It's a little expensive. I used to for Sunday gathering with some of the ladies in the neighborhood, but they were dry when you warned them of o k, but they still detected. She just wasn't there.

We just got another one! - It is delicious, slightly moisturized cake has several layers of tasty poppy seed, that make you calm and wanted to sleep. It has cut, good sections ready to eat with some of your favorite liquor and coffee.It tastes so delicious, like your childhood, it is like some time in the past, the same cake your grandmother made for you.

I was a baker until i lost my ability to be on my feet due to many injuries, and this is the best baked good that I have ever bought. Delicious! Thank you. God Bless You Chosen Ones.This is an addtion to my review: I wanted to reorder and did so, but mistakenly ordered from the competition. What a mistake. The quality and size of their babka was sad. I will be much more careful in the future to order only from you. You can be proud of the product you put out. Thank you again.
