Grass seed Queen
I am addicted to pulling up gravel, weeds, bad grass and putting seed down. Its amazing to watch it grow but terrible when it doesn't. This seed is the S### 👍 !!! Five days and little grass was coming out of the ground.I did put soil down over the existing non grass area and mixed this seed into the soil. I did not put hay or burlap on top and watered it twice a day in the Indiana August. Wow!!!! It is has been 4 weeks now and the grass is lush.. The only regret I have is I wanted to get more and the shipping was too slow so opted to get kentucky blue grass at the neighborhood store. What a mistake! I am one week out and the neighborhood store seeds haven't even sprouted. Just purchased more of this seed and can't wait for it to come!!!!

Great seed and would recommend!
I planted this grass seed in a bunch of bare spots in my yard to replace bad sod provided by homebuilder. Grass seed started to show within 7 days and in 2 weeks have a bunch of 1-2” tall grass. Grass seed was planted with new lawn soil on top of the existing clay tilled up by hand and in Ohio when temperatures ranged between 28-70 degrees F. I would recommend using this grass seed and will continue to over seed my lawn with this for years to come.

It grew and it's green!
Grass seed that is all seed and not some mixture with so called fertilizer that is used as a filler!

Grows easy and looks good.
This is my second bag. Purchased the 1st last year. Grass has a nice darker color and what I planted did well after the winter.

Zero germination after over 2 weeks
I am not a newbie to planting new lawns. In this case, it was only a small patch area (about 8 by 10ft). I prepared the area, cleaned old debris and a nice bed of new soil. Added the seed, added starter fertilizer and raked in. Kept moist every day and our temps have been awesome daytime and overnight .After a little over two weeks, not a single blade of grass. None. Zip. So i have a huge bag which I planned on using in a 10 by 24 new area and instead, its going in the garbage (or maybe tossed in a back field)Seriously, I cant express how disappointed I am. I purposely bought this mix because I did not want the fescue most brands have when they mix bluegrass and rye. Its back to scotts old reliable for me. Who knew ?

Barely germinated
I had a core aeration done, applied the seed, starter fertilizer and watered 2-3x daily for nearly a month. It’s patchy, thin and weak looking. For the price I paid for this seed I am extremely disappointed. I know KBG takes longer to come in, but after nearly a month I expected more.***Update- it took about 8 weeks, but with the mild fall we've had in SE Pennsylvania, the grass came in beautifully. There are a few patches that did not, but I would say 90% of the grass came in.***
