This controller was far better than we imagined. The only real issue we have is if you leave the game for a short time, you will need to reconnect. It is simple to do so, but kind of a drag when Grandson is trying to play. We have no other complaints, so easy to use and makes things so much more fun when the controller is easier to use . Kind of looks like a Playstaion controller with extra benefits,lol. Love how easy it is to charge and no batteries is a plus also. All you do is plug it into the dock via USB cable and the lights will start to blink telling you its charging. My Grandson loves it when they start blinking,lol. Charge time is exact and everything came as described. This is a perfect controller for the Switch, just leave the joycons connected to console, no need to remove them at all. We will be getting more.

I ordered this for my brother to use with his son when they play. They already had one controller and wanted another so they could play together. He gave this to his son to use and it became his controller. Well, his son is young, 5-6 years old and destroys everything. If you don't know what I mean then you haven't had a 5-6 year old boy. Haha. He throws the controller. He drops it. He leaves it out and it gets kicked around. I've seen him step on it and not even give it a second thought. It's been abused. I was over there the other night and my brother wanted to play Mario Kart. So he handed me this controller. After I cleaned some chocolate off of it we got to playing. It functioned perfectly. All the buttons and directional controls worked perfectly. I had a great time playing and I couldn't believe that this controller still worked. Pros:It's super durable.It's in a good price range.The grip is great. It's responsive.It stays connected.Cons: It's all the way over at my brother's house...I need to order my own.-----If you found this review helpful in any way, please click the 'Yes' button below. Bought two of these and sent them back after a couple of days.First, they do not wake the switch from sleep and they will NOT pair with the switch unless you get the actual Nintendo joy con and go to the change grip screen. Once you stop playing for a few minutes you have to do the whole sequence over again every time. They would not even see the switch until I physically plugged them directly into the switch and paired themSecondly. They would not fit in either charger we tried. Even plugging them in with the supplied usb cable they would not charge more than 2 of 4 bars.They look good and the price is good but they just don’t work like they should.

After the controllers that cane with my daughters switch developed “drift”, making it impossible to play, and we sent them off for repair that took a month, we purchased this controller to get her through the interim. Now that the original controllers are back, she prefers to play with this one. We love it so much we will purchase a blue controller and just leave the original controllers hooked up to the Switch.

Instructions were easy to follow, no issues pairing. I need to have the switch on before the controller will connect (can't use this controller to turn on the system). The buttons and joysticks are all a little more rigid than the name brand, but I think they will break in over time and may feel smoother. If you like the PS4 controller this is a good controller for you. I am more comfortable using this than the factory joycon.

these controllers are well made but not close enough to a ps4 to satisfy me. the trigger r2 l2 is a short pull in terms of length. also what on the ps4 is x and O button you will notice these are slightly farther apart. this makes mario kart delux breaking on 200 cc more difficult. it's easier on a gamecube controller to play mario kart for this reason. to be fair these controllers are well made, pairing was straight forward and battery life is good.

I love these controllers so much that I've ordered three of them. They're also the only controller I've purchased that has lasted for over a year (and still going strong). They include a usb charging cable in the box. And you can reduce the rumble feature if you want the battery to last longer. I've tried a few different brands of controllers for the Switch and this is the only one that I recommend.

I bought the controller after seeing the reviews. Eiththe reviews as fake of I got a lemon. I called for tech assistance because I could not even get the thing to pair with my Nintendo. I got aABSOLUTELY NO RESPONE. I was lucky and bought it from Amazon so I could easily return it. I will never but a unit from this company and would tell anyone else to NOT buy there products. They have a low price, and Now I know why. It is the old saying, you get what you pay for.
