Springs weak
Not enough spring power to pop the tray open. Constantly gets hung up. Good product if it had a reliable door opening design.

It's hard to find the buttons
This is a great system, my only complaint is that it is hard to find the buttons. The front is completely flat with no indentations or other markings, so you have to press randomly until it lights up. Other than that, I love the fact that it is very low profile.
