Arrived on time product was what it advertised. I can not give a review on using product as only just received it. Very good on what time I have used this product.

kind of hard to use
its as effective as just tensing your bum normally. I think this purchase classifies in the "I want to buy something to magically change something about myself" department, but doesn't actually really serve a purpose. you can't replace motivation and dedication with objects. this machine is not gunna 'do the work for you'. You may aswell do normal exercises. Its possible it just wasn't the right size for me because it just didn't seem to work and now its been sitting in my room unused but I think its best to actually be dedicated before buying something, and most of the time the machine is just there to make people think they can throw money at something instead of working at it.

Cumbersome and poorly designed
If you are reasonably slim it is so heavy it just drops down your legs. You need real thigh purchase and, I dare say, large buttocks. OK for some I suppose, but not the ordinary person. It is also seems over-priced given the simplicity of the mechanism and the shape of the plastic. I've chucked mine.

Useful gadget for short exercise periods
Once my wife worked out what I had bought her for Christmas she has used it every day since! Definitely novel but effective. She is feeling the results of its use and so am I! If you are the sort of person who exercises then this item will be of interest to you when you have 5 or 10 minutes free to do a little extra at home. Horses for courses I would say!

Still waiting to see results could do with being a lot more difficult need to find one with better resistance

Non è facile da usare, sinceramente non l'ho mai usato e ho sbagliato a non restituirlo subito... Insomma non darei neanche una stella... prodotto inutile
