We bake all our bread at home, using a Panasonic bread machine. The most difficult part about home baked bread is slicing the bread when it is very fresh - same day or next day. The BUZIFU Bread Slicer solves that problem and is just what you need to slice fresh home baked bread. We found that the thinnest slice (15mm) was a little too thick for our liking. I added a 3mm spacer to the slicing rack in order to reduce the thickness to 12mm, which is exactly the way we like it. We now have perfectly sliced freshly baked bread.Highly recommended.

After putting this together and inspecting it, the knife slits that you cut thru are so flimsy I doubt you'd be able to slice a full loaf before it breaks.Also I would expect that a decent bread knife would start to slice thru the plastic as you cut as they are too narrow to put anything but the thinnest blade into without causing them to distort.I sent it back and got a refund.Great idea but unfortunately not a great product.

The product is not well designed. For starters it is too flimsy but worse, it's next to impossible to get a nice, we even, straight cut at a right angle to the base of the loaf. This is because the cutting guide isn't locked in place and therefore wobbles. It's not helped by the lack of grip on the base - on a hard, smooth surface it slides about making cutting very difficult. To prevent it sliding about you end up applying pressure which results in the cutting guide tilting away from the required position, hence you end up with a wedge not a slice.

Very easy to use. A bit flimsy and would benefit from rubber feet. Does the job well enough.

Takes some time to get used to. Need to use it on a damp cloth otherwise difficult to control and slice at the same time. Does a reasonable job for a reasonable price

It's a good product but for me I find the slices are too thin or too thick, no medium slice

Absolute rubbish! Lacking the sturdiness and stability required to be effective. To use this you need at least three hands - one to hold the product in place, one to hold the bread and one to use the knife. Even then the slice you’ll get is no better than what you could have done with the knife alone.
