Not bad most of the time. But some attention needed on using it
It's a neat and compact charger fro my iPhone 11 Pro Max and my Apple Watch. I have it on my bedside table and charge both overnight. Two issues with the charge process.1) And this is to do with the Watch - the curve to the rubber strap can sometimes lift the watch off the charger disk - not a fault with the charger, but the way the physics affect the watch by letting the natural spring in the rubber strap create a bridge and 'bounce' the Watch it off the charger. A stronger magnet on the charge disk would be helpful to pull the watch down more firmly. I tend to rest something on top of the watch to wight it down a little, like a few coins or something.2) the iPhone needs to be in the right place to charge - check that the lightning bolt on the battery is showing when you put it down at night. a couple of times the alarm hasn't gone off because the battery had gone flat overnight.BUT - if you make sure the items are correctly in place, it works well and makes keeping both devices ready for action the next morning.

Looks like an ideal solution but has drawbacks.
It's quite a tight fit with my iPhone 11 Pro Max, Pd Pros and Apple watch. The phone needs accurate alignment and I've occasional found it stopped charging. Phone charge rate is acceptable. Mostly, it is ideal for the Pod Pros. As they are getting a lot of use for meetings during lock down. The Apple watch charging is extremely slow. I have two of these mats and both charge the watch a lot slower than the proprietary Apple charger (4-5 hours as a pose to 2 hours). I am using the correct spec psu. Other than these slight annoyances, the mat works well.

Disappointed
Product arrived fast thanks to prime. Was very excited as it looked sleek and ideal for an owner of the Apple Watch, AirPods and iPhone like myself. The product worked fine for the phone and AirPods but refused to charge my 4th gen Apple Watch which does support wireless charging. Refunded immediately.

V good customer service.
Great customer service, problem with the 1st product so company sent out replacement.That product is great, slight buzzing when charging but only noticeable as it’s on my bedside table in the evening.Looks great and does the job I was after.

Just got the pad, strange noise when nothing on charge
Product seems good so far haven’t got my air pods yet to test it.However I am noticing a faint squealing sound from the device when nothing is on charge

Charging is very convenient Not as much trouble as before And it can be charged together It feels very practical It brings me a lot of convenience in my life

Not great and fizzes!!!!!
You have to line everything up perfectly or it doesn’t work. Also makes a strange and disturbing fizzing sound!

Poor cheap product
really poor product unable to charge all 3 apple products at the same time continually activates AirPods
